# Send Campaign By Quick Contacts ( CSV Import , Manual Entry )

<mark style="color:$danger;">**Sending a Bulk Campaign**</mark>

**1.** Go to **Menu → CRM → Bulk Campaigns** **2.** Click **Create New Campaign** → Select **WhatsApp Campaign** **3.** Choose **Messaging Campaign** **4.** Enter **Campaign Name** **5.** Select **Campaign Type** (Immediate / Scheduled) → Click **Next**

**6.** Select **Audience → Quick Contacts**

You have 3 options:

* **Numbers** (Enter manually)
* **Numbers with Variables**
* **Upload CSV File**

⚡ You can now add up to **1,00,000 contacts** in Quick Campaign.

**7.** Add numbers → Click **Next** **8.** Select your **WhatsApp Channel** **9.** Choose **Message Type** (e.g., Template) → Map variables **10.** Preview → Click **Save Campaign** **11.** Click **Rocket Icon🚀** to **Trigger (send)Campaign**

Important Note

Quick Contacts are **temporary recipients**. They will appear in **Live Chat only if the user replies**, as they are not stored as regular CRM contacts.
